Conditioning for football and cheer begins this Thursday, August 1st from 6 - 8 pm at Jensen Beach Elementary.  Participants should wear shorts and t-shirts.  Football players need to wear cleats.  Please make sure your child has plenty of water in his or her own water bottle.  Conditioning lasts every weekday night for two weeks.  Once conditioning ends, regular practice begins.  Participants who have not turned in all paperwork by the start of conditioning on Thursday, will not be able to begin until all paperwork is turned in.  We are looking forward to a great Falcons season!!
