Your Team Mom has or will distribute copies of the order form
detailing pricing for a variety of products available like magnets, key chains,
and magazine covers.
Also the following items are available for purchase:

· Team Photo Only 5X7 -$10
When you turn in your order form & payment to
photographer, if you would like to purchase one of the items above and/or have
a coach/team mom/sibling photo, please write a note on the form and include a
check.

We are not able to provide re-takes; this will be the only
nights our photographer will be on the field for individual and team photos. Please do you best to have your child at the
field in full uniform so he/she can be included in the team photo!
